We need help! We need people interested in our commercial and philanthropic projects that are keen to participate and contribute! You can help us in the following ways.

Web 1.0 distribute
You can distribute our presentations to anyone that you think may be interested. We will share 5% of the revenue earned by us in the first year from a new customer that is a result of your itnroduction. Simply forward our presentation to someone you think is interested and cc us in on the email ( affiliates@marcuscake.com )

Web 2.0 participate
Please provide comments about articles or engage in a discussion in the forums. You can subscribe to our RSS feed to see our latest posts.

Web 3.0 contribute
We need committed long term partners - influential individuals, open source software communities, technology providers, people that can find customers, people that can execute on projects in a virtual world. We coordinate our projects and indidivual efforts using our forums, SugarCRM, EGroupware,  instant messaging and, ofcourse, the telephone (preferably Skype).

Influential individuals
We need influential individuals in organisations world wide that can advance our projects. These individuals could influence their organisations to adopt our ideas, or pursue our projects. These individuals may allocate grant funding. Please introduce yourself in the “Influential individuals” thread in the forum.

Technology provider
Perhaps, your technology underpins a Web 3.0 and Web 4.0 world. Amazon Web Services and Rightscale come to mind. Please introduce yourself in the Web 3.0 technology provider thread and explain how you can contribute.

Open source software community participants
We use open source software. We are keen to contribute to and integrate with specific open source communities. To interact with those communities we need key people within those communities to understand what we are doing and vice-versa.

People that can find customers
We can’t be everywhere, but you are where we aren’t. Can you see an opportunity? You can just send our project presentation to the target. Alternatively, you can join our CRM system and we can manage approaches in a sophisticated way (leads, targets, campaigns, etc). Please introduce yourself in the “People that can find Web 3.0 customers” thread in our forum.

People that can implement our projects
People build things. We need people. Do we need volunteers? If it is a commercial project, people need to be paid. We will need to assess how this works on a project by project basis. Please introduce yourself in the “People that can implement Web 3.0 projects” thread of our forum.

Developers
At this stage, we have all the development resource we need. Please check back here for our requirements or subscribe to our “Can you help …” RSS feed. Please resist the temptation to just send a “spam” email - that is very Web 1.0 and probably eliminates you from consideration. If you do email us, please demonstrate you have understood what we are trying to achieve and provide a specific collaborative opportunity to consider. We prefer freelancers, but have worked with organisations in the past.
